• All costs will be communicated in writing and charged to the credit card provided only with your consent.

Clients are responsible for verifying passport, visa, and vaccination requirements for their destinations. We are not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel providers. We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by these providers — this includes strikes, weather incidents, and acts of God. We strongly encourage travel insurance for all trips.

Modification and cancellation policies depend on suppliers. We will assist in making necessary changes but cannot guarantee refunds.
